O n\u00famero de cont\u00eaineres que n\u00e3o puderam se mover nessa regi\u00e3o por causa de um surto de Covid-19 em torno do Porto de Yantian j\u00e1 ultrapassou o volume de cont\u00eaineres retidos em mar\u00e7o, quando o Ever Given bloqueou o Canal de Suez no Egito, estat\u00edsticas que servem para mostrar a gravidade da crise atual da cadeia de abastecimento que atingiu os transportes mar\u00edtimos no sul da China. Agora, os atrasos em Yantian est\u00e3o se espalhando para as vizinhas Shekou e Nansha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pluscargo.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Imagem1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2275\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dados da MarineTraffic mostram que, no dia 8\/6, havia 33 navios ancorados fora do porto: 8 vazios, 16 parcialmente cheios, 7 cheios e 8 navios de carga chegando ao porto de Yantian<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando o gargalo come\u00e7ou h\u00e1 mais de duas semanas, o Terminal Internacional de Cont\u00eaineres Yantian (YICT) administrado pela Hutchison culpou os cronogramas de embarque desajustados pela suspens\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o carregadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com empresas que operam na regi\u00e3o, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o continua a piorar \u00e0 medida que mais casos positivos da Covid foram confirmados em Shenzhen, onde os portos de Yantian e Shekou est\u00e3o localizados, e em Guangzhou, onde o porto de Nansha est\u00e1 localizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seatrade-maritime.com\/ports-logistics\/delays-14-days-expected-yantian-port-due-tighter-covid-controls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">perspectiva de atrasos de 14 dias<\/a>. Engarrafamentos est\u00e3o causando uma falta de capacidade de transporte, as retiradas de cont\u00eaineres t\u00eam atrasos de 10 horas ou mais e muitos transportadores exigem pernoite para transporte, armazenamento e eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, aumentando os custos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com os \u00faltimos dados AIS da MarineTraffic, no dia 8\/6, havia 33 navios de carga com destino a Yantian. E sem nenhum sinal de que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o esteja melhorando, as companhias mar\u00edtimas aumentaram o n\u00famero de omiss\u00f5es no porto de Yantian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesse cen\u00e1rio, a cada dia aumenta o ac\u00famulo de cargas. Assim que os portos forem reabertos para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es normais, especialistas afirmam que deve ser esperado um aumento de carga &#8211; pelo menos at\u00e9 que haja navios dispon\u00edveis para lidar com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso, por sua vez, causar\u00e1 ondas de congestionamento potencial em destinos com um intervalo de tempo de cerca de duas a cinco semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veja o mapeamento que os especialistas da Pluscargo fizeram sobre a regi\u00e3o esta semana:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Equipamentos:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A crise de equipamentos diminuiu em boa propor\u00e7\u00e3o. H\u00e1 disponibilidade de 20\u00b4DC, 40\u00b4DC HC. &nbsp;falta de NOR, que \u00e9 a unidade de container&nbsp;Reefer&nbsp;que permanece desligada durante todo o trajeto, sendo muito utilizado para importa\u00e7\u00e3o de carga geral seca e n\u00e3o restrita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o em Shenzhen:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terminal de Yantian em colapso. Al\u00e9m do terminal de Yantian, toda \u00e1rea do Rio Delta no Sul da China est\u00e1 comprometida. Portos como Huangpu, Xingang (Tianjing), Nantong, Fuzhou tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o com s\u00e9rios problemas de congestionamento e boa parte dos armadores est\u00e3o com stop booking para o m\u00eas de junho nessas regi\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o em Ningbo:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e1 espa\u00e7o para embarca\u00e7\u00f5es em Ningbo, apesar de ser um porto menor, onde geralmente h\u00e1 congestionamentos e falta de espa\u00e7o com mais frequ\u00eancia.
